Our Corporate Mission
The mission of Electronic Office (EO) is to be the trusted technology advisor of each client we serve.
Our Company
We provide managed network support services under monthly agreements to clients in Western North Carolina, including those with remote offices across the U.S. and its territories. Our clients include the area's largest employer and has emphasis on the healthcare community, as well as small to mid-sized businesses, including both manufacturing and service. Support for our clients includes hardware and software, acquisition services, and bench repair for pcs and printers.
Our Management
Kemper W. Brown - President and CEO
EO was founded by our President and CEO Kemper W. Brown. Kemper is orignally from New Orleans, and in 1981 he and his wife moved here from Atlanta, where he worked as a systems analyst for Georgia Power, to start the business and build a home. Kemper holds an MBA from Tulane University and a certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Consultant.
Matt Shea - Chief Operating Officer
Originally from New Hampshire he moved to Asheville from Florida, where he attended Broward College, and was a Logistics Coordinator for Miami Dade County. Prior to his current position, Matt served as Service Manager and later Operations Manager. Matt holds numerous industry hardware and operation certifications.
Sean Morrison - Chief Information Officer
Sean has been with EO since 2005, and has been in the IT Industry for 10 years. He has called Western North Carolina home for 20 years. Prior to his current postion, he served as the Lead Medical & Lead Project Engineer and later Engineering Team Leader. He currently manages the Engineering team and is responsible for EO's internal infrastructure as well as client-facing systems.
Our Team
A team of eight Network engineers provides Help Desk service in our Support Center as well as onsite and project support. In addition to administrative and accounting personnel, EO has a staff of certified hardware technicians to provide our clients with an integrated and complete support offering.
